Formed of the Baltimore City Public Defender's Office in 1992, the Client Services Division originated as the Juvenile Client Services Division. It expanded to provide statewide services in 2005. It reformed as the Client Services Division in January 2007, and was abolished in 2010.
Abolished in Nov. 2009.
Renamed Capital Defense Division in 1989.
Renamed Collateral Review Division in 1993.
In Aug. 2009, transferred to Clinical Law Program, University of Baltimore School of Law.
Renamed Client Services Division in Jan. 2007.
Renamed Government Relations in 2011.
