From spring to late autumn, fruits, vegetables, and an assortment of
flowers, baked goods, condiments, and more are sold locally at regional
farmers' markets, usually once per week. The largest of these is held in
Baltimore City on Sunday mornings (8:00 a.m. to noon) from May 4 to December
21. It is located at Holliday St. and Saratoga St. under the Jones Falls
Expressway.

Other farmers' markets, around the Baltimore metropolitan region, offer
fresh produce on Saturday mornings at Dundalk, Highlandtown, Howard Park,
and
Waverly
(32nd St.). Still others open weekdays at Catonsville, Eastpoint,
Pikesville, Towson, and White Marsh.
In every county of Maryland, a farmers' market offers a way to buy fresh local produce, and support Maryland agriculture.
